This project, conducted at the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM) explored the interrelated factors of effective CPD for mathematics teachers across all stages in England. The project’s philosophical underpinning was the co-construction of meaning with, and thus hearing the voice of, participants and stakeholders.
